delete pim.vol - that will nuke all the pim data, call history, and speed dial. It's in the root (\) directory
(instead of deleting it, rename it or copy it and then delete it. You will need to use some app like total commander that ignores the "in use" bit
)
Soft reset - it should create a new, empty pim.vol. Check it by opening contacts and calendar.
