Bugs:
Fixed in 1.1: Windows 6.5 lock "slider" is not enabled by default. To fix, go to Start>Settings>System, and click on Smart Lock. Select "WM6.5 New Lock" and hit OK.
Co0kie's Home Tab Editor v1.8.0 can only be launched from the Start Menu, and not through the home tab
To enable My Location for Weather, you must go Start>Settings>System>Location Settings. Check the box for HTC Location Service and hit Done.
