That is the issue. I have no Broadband Access Connect plan on the Blackberry. I have unlimited data plan, but it costs another 15 dollars per month. I am convincing my employer of the need for that as well. Once that is done, I am pretty certain that I will be able to tether. I did try the cable and it did not work either.
