I've had this phone for a few months and took very good care of it. It has had a screen protector on it since the first day when I bought it new at Sprint. It is unlocked (HSPL) and SIM unlocked for GSM use.
Everything is included, phone, charger, USB cable, extra stylus, original box, manuals, cd for the computer..etc.
I just bought a new HTC Hero and no longer need my baby.
The screen protector is a mirror finish but I bought the GSM version so you see the cut out for the camera that is on the GSM version. I think I have a few more protectors which I will toss in if I can locate them
