I haven't been successful setting up a Bluetooth PAN with the touch, so I don't believe you will be able to use bluetooth with internet sharing. Bluetooth does work great for activesync though.

OK, here are the steps to tether your touch with USB with out paying for phone as modem service.

1. Do not have phone connected to computer yet.
2. Open up internet sharing app in your program folder on touch.
3. PC Connections should be set to: USB
4. Network connections should be set to: Sprint PCS
5. Now open up PIE on the touch and assure you have a live EVDO connection. (IE goes to a website)
6. Go back to Internet sharing page and click connect.
7. Now plug the usb cable into your laptop.

Windows will now see the touch as a network device, load the appropriate drivers and connect to the internet using your touch's EVDO service. XP or Vista, tried them both. This will save you the charges sprint adds on for phone as modem.

**ERROR**
When I try this it asks for my vision user name and password.
**Solution**
You must make sure your touch is actively connected to the internet by opening internet explorer on your phone before starting the internet sharing and plugging your usb into the laptop.
