Re: First Touch Pro2 on MetroPCS!

I had a problem with one of the roms i like to use and the ##debug#,#778,##3424# codes wouldnt work. But i know there is a CDMA EPST Verizon cab that will help some, maybe. It solves my ##778 code problem. And it should work on any CDMA carrier that uses #778,which i think is all, because i use it successfully on my Sprint branded,Cricket Mobile flashed, HTC Touch Pro 2.Ive been using my TP2 flashed to the Cricket Network since about the beginning of December. My Sprint branded TP2 seems to work very well with all the CDMA roms on ppcgeeks and the setup is virtually identical to that of the original Touch Pro.But Ive noticed that every version of Energyrom for the TP2 will not allow the Data/Wap Connection settings to save at all and Energyrom worked so well on my old Touch Pro.Ive tried almost everything i could think of;differnt generic carrier cabs, different Cricket carrier cabs, different versions of Arcsoft,Some registry editing, but not much.I just dont understand why every TP2 rom on ppcgeeks works fine, well i can always setup the data/wap connection everytime reliably. But none of NRGs TP2 roms save the data connection that i setup for Cricket?Sorry i dont mean to hijack ur thread i just know that Metro PCS is like a brother company carrier to Cricket Mobile. And i really just want to know if Energyroms internet/wap connections function correctly on a Metro PCS flashed TP2.And if so did it work just like its supposed to after setup,or did u have to install/uninstall anything.Modify the Registry Editor or anything else.Anyway thanks for the info on the 1st post.Maybe i can actually get the mms to work on my TP2,but i never got it to work on my TP1 so hopefully im lucky this time. And hopefully, maybe u can help me.it seems no one else can Thanks again and sorry for posting this in your thread.Im hoping that maybe a Metro PCS user might know how to fix or help, because so far no Cricket users have helped successfully, but they did try.
