Never got it figured out, but have a Diamond now anyway which is VGA so it works.
Your TP2 is WVGA so I don't think it will work, but I think there were some ppl trying to get it to work on their TP2s... just do a little search or goto
www.golfgps.com and see if they have anything on their support tab.
You could also try out freecaddie it is pretty good as well
