get a clue man. you yourself already rendered your argument about not having a choice as moot. mainly for the main reason that you said "the only choice is no choice". then do you not agree that right there...you had a choice?!?! i'd be surprised if you still said no. and i didn't make any assumptions...that's why i said for you to correct me if i was wrong. and you said that you've talked to verizon and the verizon store to no avail. dude...you do know customer service and the store is different from the department im talking about right? have you even tried getting a hold of their retentions department? i try to help you out by pointing you to the right direction, but what do you do?...you give more excuses on what you've already done. and no...you haven't answered my question at all. i asked if you've ever talked to retentions. you turn around and ask me back show you stats on the people who's done this. you're a fool my friend....and i mean that at the nicest possible way and with utmost respect to you. and no...im not gonna tell you which of the verizon customers have been successful in talking to them. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK. i could care less what verizon does because i am not their customer. and i wouldn't be their customer again because of bad experience. and guess what i did?...i switched to another carrier. yeah it was a carrier that had the same requirements as verizon, but it was the lesser of the two evils. but at least the one i chose gives me a great deal on my monthly plan. you are aware that the retentions department does have the power to override store and CS reps you've talked to right? this department does exactly what their name stands for. RETAIN customers...and how do they do that?...by talking to you and trying to meet you in the middle...meaning by giving you concession(s) so you would stay with their company.

like i said...consumer 101. only somebody lazy enough not to do their own research/homework will think that capitalism works in favor of the consumer. and you're fighting a losing battle on this thread. why?...because you are asking the people to "band" with you to get big red to do what you want...but we actually like our plan with the included data plan in it. oh and btw...almost everyone who responded to you use sprint. so again...you are airing your grievance in the wrong forum. you may want to go to a verizon customers forum and air your grievance there. what's sad about this is...i just realized that with all everything you said...it always came down with you saying "show me where...show me this...prove to me this...". which only gives me the impression that you want us (other people) to do your homework for you...instead of you tracking the information down.
