Arcsoft is an MMS messaging client. you do not need a vzw carrier cab either, unless maybe you were looking for visual voicemail. I am not sure if VVM works without more vzw crap.. this rom is built with generic carrier settings, that is, only the data connection is configured. (#777). I do not know what all VZW has to offer but if you don't either then you are fine without one. If you do not use MMS you dont need arcsoft either
