I returned my battery almost 3 weeks ago during the whole 1500 mAh fiasco, and since then it got lost at the returns area of their company. I sent them an email with no response and I haven't received a refund. I returned it via FedEx 2 day air complete with signature confirmation using tracking number

I did forget to put the RMA number on the package, But that number was inside on the email that they requested that I include with the envelope. What gives? Should I call it a lost? This is turning out to become a bad experience. If they don't fix this then I may never buy from them again.
