During the call check to see if there is a headset icon in the call status screen. The diamond came with a headset that works...so did the touch pros. Wondering if you are useing the adapter for like a 2.5 mm jack or a micro usb plug like the plug in on the stock provided headset...probably hard to find a headset that fits the plug in on the diamond, my guess would be that if you are useing the adapter this is why the caller cannot hear you.

There is the headset icon. And this is the one that comes with the Diamond. It is the Micro USB headset. There is a MIC on it just doesnt pick up voice. I thought maybe it was some weird driver thing ? So annoying I bought the headset from cellphoneshop because I went to all the sprint stores and they don't even carry the wired headset.
