Do everyone here a favor and read before you post... your exact post has been made atleast 100 times in the last couple days. You could probably go back 1 page and find your own answer

Anyways... No, Market isnt working yet however it should be soon. As for the battery issue, that is just the way it is and may be for a while, who knows.
Honestly though... please read just a litttle bit before taking up more room in the threads.
