I not sure what acrionis is but i was surfing n found a program called PPCPimBackup. It is pretty good. it backups your contacts, appointment, text message and even your call logs. It also includes backup of custom files n folder. So im guess (even though i havent tried it) that if you copy the entire phone as a custom folder, u should b able to create a image.
