Pull your battery out and put it back in. (I know you said you did this already, but try again) Hold the volume down button and hit the power button. You should be at the bootloader screen. Connect your phone to the pc. Make sure you have the
SPCS_R1.96WF radio on your pc. Run it and reflash that radio. You should be back to normal after that.
