when your phone is plugged into the computer it should recognize it in my computer. double click your phone...find file explorer folder double click should say storage card double click that it then it is just copy and paste or click and drag. when you are finished...unhook go to file explorer in phone...click cab file and it will install. then find your new stuf in programs.
