WARNING WARNING WARNING

I tried this, I guess you could say it worked .... however it deleted all of my contacts and calender from Windows and is no longer able to be put back on my device from MyPhone. I re-synced my phone with Google and it put the contacts back on, however no of them have names. I am really upset because I had about 4 years worth of Calender appointments on my device and all of my contacts. If anyone has any clues, besides starting all over fresh.
