If that isn't holding a gun to your head about it, then what would you consider would be?
An second I think have read your post just find, you have argued all along that you feel that anyone who gripes about this is just being cheap and that you feel that is wrong an that they should stop complaining and just pay it.
Simple put that has been the gist of all that you have said.
And all I have been saying is, you don't have the right to decide for anyone what is justified and what is not.

OMG you are an idiot and half the crap you say doesnt even make sense. Learn how to type. And what I would consider putting a gun to your head is literally having a gun to your head. Regardless of what you say they cannot force you to pay for it. And you still cant admit you have trouble reading. Otherwise you would understand that my arguement is not that you are cheap (even though you are) but that you dont really need such an expensive phone if you dont want data you could purchase or probably get for free a non data phone. Wifi useage should be contingent upon (that means based on) purchase of a data plan. You are the guy who just wants something for nothing and personally I hope everybody puts a security passcode on their wifi just so you cannot use the service they pay for for free. As for half the crap you say...I think you are full of it. You are just a story topper (that means you have to one up everything everyone else has to say) looking for sympathy. Told you how to save money with another company...but go ahead and stay with the most expensive company in wireless and cry about it. That alone just shows the emptyness of your ignorant (that means stupid, uninformed and weakly backed up) arguement.
