yes the stealth is in this ROM, you was not clear with ur description, the way how the catch on to you on the tethering is your usage, when connected to a pc you usage goes up ue to th efact that is take more to load and run a page and up use like that over certain periods thats how they zero in on you. because you in crease they bandwith on certain servers that you might be going thru.
Hope this helps, but also Mr.X, MM,and large number of chefs that commuicate together will have this in there ROM's
