second...i dont know what the argument is all about. if you dont want the data plan, then dont pine for the latest and greatest device being released. if you do pine for it just because you want wifi, buy a dumbphone to get just a regular voice plan and buy full the tp2 off ebay and not activate it to use the wifi. that way youll be saving $750 every 2yrs and i woulndt be called a thief. it doesnt take a software engineer to come up with this idea. dont dump your life peeves on me and tell me im stealing from you because i choose to pay for the plan that includes data. and im sorry for the things going on at home...but lets not use that as an excuse on why you should be special and be the exception to the rule. and please, spare me the response to go back and read all your posts. because ultimately, i realized that you just want to blame everyone else because you failed to do your own research before getting a tp2. because before i upgraded, i already knew what to expect. and even if i didnt, i woulndt go blaming everyone who isnt on your side.
and for the rest of you on this thread...you know id like to get thanked too just because i posted a response....lol

First of all I don't think anyone including myself is saying this should or should not be done just for me based upon our own singular hardship situations and I hardly took that anyone is dumping their life’s peeves on anyone, including sprintgirl. At least was the way I read it from her.
An then in general, if you do read my posts, I think it would be hard to think that I am not speaking from long postings of those who support what I have written as I didn’t just pull all this knowledge out of a hat. So I hardly think this is just a make up of few people out there with just a few peeves but more a really hard core issue of right and wrong that can an will effect us all at this all proceeds on over the coming years and as such is extremely relevant to many so I don't think this really qualifies as a peeve.
But anyway to get back to the point.
The point here is whether we who do not want a data plan should be force to get one anyway, and or be excluded from getting what ever device we want just because we don’t want one, which we shouldn’t.
We have just as much of a right to buy the same devices as anyone else and use it how we see fit and make the choice to pay for what services they can utilize that we choose to use it for and not pay for those we don’t.
As I’ve always said, if you want to pay money for a data plan, then all the more power to you but to force those who do not need that to pay for it when again, if you have read all my post it is completely possible to understand that this can be done, all except for the shear greed of others, that this is wrong.
