After you finish downloading, unzip, click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe. Make sure your phone is connected via USB and follow prompts. After you click update, your phone will go into boot mode and when it completes update and restarts, your computer will say finished and you can unhook from USB and just wait 10 minutes or so for it to complete. Should be good to go. Enjoy.
