How do you flash your phone? Active Sync or by SD card. I've seen that kind of problem with a bad rom. But that's not case with 4.1. Flashed 5 times since yesterday without the phone freezing at any point. At this point, I would say to flash back to the stock rom. Due a hard reset x's 2 (AKA The flash dance) then try flashing toV4.1
