Re: HTC Wifi Router with TP2

My PC sees the network with HTC Wi-Fi Router, but it can't connect. I have several options on my Linux system: is the WEP key a key or a passphrase? Is it open system or shared key? Is it ad-hoc or infrastructure? I'm doing something wrong but I can't tell what it is. WEP is turned on in my pc, and the pc sees "WifiSharing" but it won't connect.

As soon as I posted this I connected In Kubuntu, it defaults to entering a 'passphrase', you have to change that to 'key' and then enter the value from the phone. Also change 'mode' from 'Infrastructure' to 'Ad Hoc'. the other settings were left alone. I'm connecting from the phone now. yay.
