i dont know how many people on here get errors when they connect their device via usb for activesync or for use as modem but I get an error everytime and I have found a simple way around it. i dunno if this fix has been posted, so here goes. if you are getting this error all the time like just simply turn the device off with button next to the memory card to put it in standby mode. plug the mini usb in to your device, then take the device back out of standby mode. your recharge led light should light up, and whe the screen comes on you should hear your pc recognize the device and activesync will come up. hope this helps anyone having this problem. same applies for using as a modem, my pc has all of this crap pop up about not recognizing the device. do the same as above and your good.
