Alrite... so i re-flashed to new VZW rom with sense 2.1. Looking through the registry i stumbled across the arcsoft settings.
In it has
http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?message-id=.
Maybe they changed servers or something. Maybe that the new settings. Not sure. I'm going to re-flash back to 9.5 and test it out and post back with results. if someone else tries it and works please post with results.
