I started getting really nervous that my phone wouldn't work again. I noticed that the number was in this format "+##########" so I keyed the number in and it displayed in the regular format "1 (###) ###-####" and it dialed fine. I wonder if the dialer adds a one in front of the "+" and that causes the problem?
I do have plusses, but the plusses work with the dialer before enabling active sync. Afterward, nope. So it's something to do with activesync.

That's not true. See above statement.

+1 is the international dialing code for US. I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
