Missing SIM Card: "SMS SIM card error fix.cab"
MMS Fix:
1. Remove Picture Mail and Arcsoft.cab
2. Reset Phone
3. Install Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79.cab
4. Reset Phone

Now to Increase Sending Limit to 5MB (Receive Limit is 10MB by default with the above CABs) Thanks to
1. Open the Registry Editor
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\mm1\MMSCSetting\SprintMMSC
3. Change WAP1SendDefaultSize to 5120000
4. Change WAP2SendDefaultSize to 5120000
5. Reset Phone
