Energy.HERMAN.21892.Sense2.5.Mar.05 on
Sprint This may not work for other carriers. There is Sprint specific info in the registry for the MMS settings.
There may be other or better ways. This is what has consistently worked for me:

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\mm1\MMSCSetting\SprintMMSC
Change WAP1SendDefaultSize to 5120000
Change WAP2SendDefaultSize to 5120000
