I've been "colorizing" my phone by using the CFC manila editor program with much success but it has been a very much hit and miss proposition. I had the same trouble with the "lock screen". I couldn't colorize it by hand using the CFC program but when it was pointed out to me that the phone would allow me to select a jpg for that screen, the lock screen changed. Here's the crazy part... it THEN showed up as changed to the new screen in the icon folder.
Why can't I change some things using the CFC program? There all kinds of things that I want to change... and can't seem to. The frustration has made me take a long break from the project.
What am I missing?

The cfc manila editor is just for manila files, the dialer files are in windows directory but they are not manila files, same with the lockscreen files. The dialer can be a bit complex to mod for a novice, it involves modding some dll's and such to get it all to match. I am attaching the files for all of the graphics in the lockscreen. You can mod them however you like.
