you sure it downloaded fully? I have 23542 in SYS and ROM. Also, depending on the OS, you need to run it as admin. I run Windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit as well as XP X64, the 7 needs to be admin, XP doesnt care.
There are many tutorials and instructions on what to do, but I dont know where myself, never bothered... I just press buttons until things stop working, then start over
I just cooked 1.6 R3 with 23542 on Sprint in my light style, no games, no wifi apps, no extra fonts, keyboards or themes. ROM package was 142mb and loads fast as hell. Loving this kitchen once again!
