I use shake and save (attached).

Install by saving this cab file on your sd card or internal device memory
open file explorer and find the cab file on your phone where you saved it
tap on the cab file icon
install to device or sd card
start the program
navigate to the screen you want to capture
shake
open file explorer and then go to my device>shake and save> and there is your screen shot.
