Ok, before flashing back to 2/18 ROM, I did a Sprite backup. I did the flash dance. I then flashed to 2/18. I did a Sprite restore, from the 3/03 ROM backup (because I updated some apps and I was just curious). First run of Youtube works, in full screen and with audio. WIFI works with WPA2-AES and MAC Address filtering. So far so good.

Edit: Noticed something buggy in SPB contacts and went to uninstall it. There were no apps in remove programs list, aside from Sprint provisioning. I think Sprite backup has become unreliable with this phone.
