Yes I seem to have the same issue. If I launch the YouTube app from the Multimedia selection on the start screen, and let it load the page in portrait orientation, then without starting one of the videos in the list just slide open the keyboard, the screen gets all fuzzy and useless. If I close the keyboard it clears up again. And if I launch one of the videos from the portrait screen and let it rotate the screen to play the video, then open the keyboard, the screen is fine.
