Verizon sent me an email a few days ago, saying that a new rom was available. So I flashed it onto my phone and all was fine for a few days. Yesterday the battery drained extremely quickly and then I started to have issues with the backlight. I decided it was time to go with a custom rom.

I have been trying to unlock the phone, unsucessfully.

I keep getting the error message "please make sure the radio on the phone is turned on and the device is properly synced"
