EDIT: I have the HTC messaging cab installed and had the mms fix installed which worked on previous versions of this rom.

From Juicy's Rom page these are the directions I followed and it works like a charm.
VERIZON
=======
Open up messaging tab, then click all messages. Then click menu/settings/options. Then click menu again, and then click mms server. Click new.
Enter these settings:
Name: Verizon
Server Address:
http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=1234567890 (Replace the 1234567890 with your phone number)
Port: 80
WAP: None
