This is my first post, just wanted to add to the garbled storage card file name thing.
Had my touch since Nov. Original storage card suddenly had all fine names garbled except for the DCIM folder. I lost everything.
Got a new 4 gig card (Patriot). Last night I took some pics and vids at Supercross. Everything in the DCIM folder got erased somehow. You could take a pic and it would not be saved anywhere.
Also had one instance of garbled file names, but it returned to normal after reset. I think the actual phone has a bug since it happened on two seperate cards.
I could not even access the DCIM folder or make changes to it. When I got home I renamed the DCIM folder...DCIM, and it then saved pics.
I think the folder names on the card are getting corrupted somehow.
