Only get sealed retail package from eBay. Any bulk or no seal retail packaging as seller claims to save shipping space will be trouble ahead. Not only the capacity tricks, sometimes the counterfeits use slower components for the higher end product line (speed). You need to check the lot number as this usually a dead giveaway in most of the fake Sandisk card from eBay, the fake one will have almost identical printed label from the real one and you can not rely on this.
