How do I get set my home screen background/wallpaper so that it is just a plain black screen? I don't want any background, animation or weather animation. FWIW, I'm on r7 and use the Cookie mod (if that makes any difference). I just want a plain black background behind my quick link icons. I've tried mucking around with every menu setting I can think of and am getting nowhere.

Edit: I found and downloaded a plain black background (surprised plain black/white/solid color backgrounds aren't already included in the touch pro wallpaper menu) but I still need to shut off the weather animation.

Edit2: Okay...I found the answer to how to shut off the weather animation. In case it's helpful to anybody else who wants to do the same thing. Edit the following registry key:
