Anyone else have an issue with Windows Live at startup? I keep getting the full white screen that says "Windows Live was unable to establish an Internet connection. Please check...blah...blah...blah..."

There is just a Dismiss option in the left hand corner of the screen. When I select Dismiss, it may or may not come up again and even a third time.

Obviously it seems that Windows Live is trying to do it's thing before there is a connection there upon startup, but this screen is quite annoying. Anyway to get rid of this screen that anyone knows of, or a way to make it wait to load? Any reg hacks or anything?
