1) Download the RUU folder here:
ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@ftp.ppcgeeks...N/VogueRUU.rar
2) Put the phone in Bootloader mode.
3) Drop .NBH file in the the RUU folder.
4) Run ROMUPdateutility.exe
5) hard-reset after flash.
Do this at your own risk.
