Basic break down
21xxx (6.5) - Start buttons on top of screen, most stable and fast
28xxx (6.5.x) - Start button on bottom of screen, decently stable
23xxx (6.5.x) - Start button on bottom of screen, most unstable with threaded emails
Sense runs on top of most of these builds, so in a sense, Sense 2.1/2.5 are separate from the Builds.
