There were also some issues with particular versions of custom roms that were built with the Verizon base files, including Mightyrom. If you had Bluetooth on but never connected it to a device it would kill the battery in 5 or 6 hours. The most recent versions of Mighty have fixed that, i don't know about Energy.

BTW, I'm using Mightyrom 2-10 and with moderate use in good reception areas I will still be at %80 charge at the end of the day.

Also, I have no problems with my GPS. It works fine even inside the house and usually shows me in the correct area of the house, well within 20 meter accuracy. Be sure you set quickGPS to update.
