There is no method for dumping a radio rom from a device, they are only extracted from the carrier exe files. Also, I'm not a big fan of "newer radio is better" syndrome. I think generally it's a placebo effect and it is much more dangerous to flash than the OS image. Now don't get me wrong there can be updates in a radio rom and if one has the "GPS" then i'm sure it will go over well and even i'd agree, but until then i think i'll hold off.
