EDIT: I was able to edit and replace a few different resources. If you are editing XL here try this dll.
Tried it, and it's doing the same thing. Replaces the first one, then gives me the "invaled floating point operation" error. Maybe something wrong with my BMPs???

Edit: That was it, the other files were saved at 16 bit instead of 24. Changed to 24 and worked like a charm. Hey Calk, how does the text of the dialer look on that grey wood background? I've thought about changing mine from white, but affraid I wouldn't be able to read the caller ID or the call status.
