Did a search here and didn't find any mention of a birthday reminder type application. Does anyone know of any good ones out there?

My search here found an old thread that mentions if you enter the contacts birthday under Contacts, that the Calendar will then put that birthday in automatically but I do not see any of my contacts birthday's in the Calendar at all, when I go to those dates.
