that aside I have to say my experience for flashing custom rom (newest mightyrom from mightyrom.com) has been anything but easy.
Yes there was something that i didnt like or didnt get out of the box (romwise). But with a little research (after all im a graduate student in Computer Engineering department, so doing research is something I do everyday) I got everything i need. Battery life seem to be a little worst than windows mobile 6.1 that originally come with my tp2, but nothing I cant manage
i hope you find ROM that fit you.
