#1, best to post this in the thread dealing with flashing from the SD.

I tried forever as well. Did it all the time with the original Touch Pro, and formatted everything the same way.

This version of Explorer retains the .nbh file, so don't rename it to RHODIMG.nbh, because it's actually saying. RHODIMG.nbh.nbh.

just rename it to RHODIMG and follow the rest of the directions. Just sayin' what worked for me.
