Install Flash 7 1st, soft reset & then install Opera Mobile

Here's my experience:
But PIE is such a pile of crap that most webpages don't even render properly enough to navigate, and you have no hope of arriving at a non-mobile version of your favorite sites. such as youtube. So it's basically non-functional IMO.

Yes its crap but uhhh you CAN go to the full youtube from it, if it takes you to the mobile one, just look for the link labeled "Classic" which will = Full Youtube. If you're running the latest Flashvideobundle, look for Videos in your Programs section & save yourself the headache, every version of Youtube & what not will be there.

So I'm looking for Flash Lite 3. It's not available as a plugin yet, so that's going to be worthless. So I download Flash Lite 2.1. Install. Nothing happens. There is no change in PIE or Opera at all. I uninstall everything and reinstall just Opera and Flash Lite 2.1. The flash works just enough to crash the phone and only in PIE, nothing in Opera.

Its for Smartphones, not PDAphones.. uninstall it.

but the embedded player has a terrible buffering problem and simply won't play without stopping every 2 seconds. And the fullscreen button on youtube clips doesn't do anything. And the FlashVideoBundle.cab fix for PIE doesn't work anymore with Flash 7 PPC installed.

Flashvideobundle doesn't rely on Flash 7, thats where the confusion is.
IMHO just use Flash Mobile 7 for animations on the sites, not video or games. Flash video Bundle version 1.4.3 is what you should be using.
BTW yeah the buffering is annoying, it has to do with the signal you have & the data traffic on the cell tower. Long videos will suffer regardless.

This is just so incredibly frustrating. I have EVDO and one of the best mobile browsers made (OperaMobile) that is supposedly designed to support flash, but there simply isn't a completely functional experience anywhere. Practically everybody uses flash now... I can't even play music previews on amazon, let alone listen to my XM subscription online, or watch videos on google or youtube, or even news websites or band websites or any gdam thing I seem to want to do. Please help.

LOL remember its Flash Mobile 7 mobile, so its not going to do anything to the standard of a full blown version, just animations, small-area sections & some games. No Music or Flash made websites, BTW I can't believe
you were trying to use Flash M7 instead of FlashvideoBundle but that may have been because you missed the fact that PIE can use the full youtube & google.
Always, Always look around on the page you go to before you assume it cannot go to the full version of the site.
On both youtube & google the link will be called "Classic" but again, with the latest Skunkware FlashvideoBundle, just go to videoes from your program files & every flash video site supported will be there for you.
Get the latest version here:

Ok so to summarize:
Flash Lite: uninstall that, its not for you.
Flash Mobile 7: No videos, no Radio, No Large-area support. It can handle small games & animations.
PIE: Is crap, However it can go to the full versions of Google & Youtube.
TCPMP: If you are not watching flash videos through here, something is horribly wrong.
Flashvideobundle: is not for in-Browser Flash, it is a plugin to send Flash videos to TCPMP, it only works in PIE.
It'll allow you to watch, save the video or obtain the embedded link.
Hope this clears up things/ helps.
