Monaco Black Aluminum Case For Mogul
Just received this, purchased from Nakedcellphone off eBay, I work in harsh environments where phone is subject to bumping/bruising so I thought I'd give it a try. preliminary look .... Awesome, just what I had hoped for!

EDIT: Also includes belt clip/swivel (removable)

Price: $17.99 plus $5.95 shipping

Easy access, keyboard slides IN case (with hinged cover open), screen protected by hard plexiglass insert. Pictures:
