These cab files are located all over the forum...just do a simple search and you get whatever you need..

For me, the instructions are not complete enough because I don't understand how my phone ever sees the RAR file on my computer when I turn off the USB connection in WMDC. I'm sure it something simple that I now look like a complete idiot for asking, but if there are other MM users out there looking to switch they'll be wondering the same thing. It would be a great help if there instructions were expanded a bit more, especially in light of those of us coming from a EXE flashing process.
You need winrar or 7zip...I use 7-zip.....it will extract the file and you run it as normal...

EDIT: ACS beat me to it...lol...same answers....
