I've had my Touch for about a week now and I have no major complaints. The only issue I have with it is the Touch weather feature will not let me select my city. Instead I have to select a city thats nearly 100 miles away from where I am. Other then that everything on mine is working great and I've had no lockups to date. Even if I do get a lockup every once in a while I won't be to suprised having come from a Moto Q using Windows Mobile 5 that locked up every once in a while as well.
Just for reference my screen has no problems with the waves and my manufacture date on my phone is 10-Dec-2007.
